1. Who is responsible for this site?

Pas-de-la-Casa.net is published by BISOUX, SL, Els Refugis Ed. Claror B31, AD100 Canillo, Principat d'Andorra. For any question about your personal data, contact us at contact@bisoux.sl.

2. What data is collected?

Pas-de-la-Casa.net does not offer a user account. The only data processed is:

  • Standard browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security purposes.
  • Live weather and fuel price data: pages displaying weather or petrol prices query public APIs (Open-Meteo, Gasopas) without transmitting any personal data about you.
  • Hotel booking or contact links: when you follow a link to an external establishment, you leave our site and become subject to that establishment's own privacy policy.

3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Consent for advertising cookies is managed via Google Funding Choices, which shows a GDPR-compliant consent banner on your first visit. Until you give your consent, advertising and measurement cookies remain disabled by default (Google Consent Mode v2).

Once consent is given, Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to serve personalised ads, measure their performance and prevent ad fraud. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of each page, or directly on myadcenter.google.com.

The site also uses Google Fonts, which triggers a technical request to Google's servers when the page loads.

4. Data retention

Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Google advertising cookies follow their own retention periods, defined by Google.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. For data processed via AdSense, these rights are exercised mainly with Google (see links above). For any other question, write to contact@bisoux.sl.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Google services (AdSense, Fonts, Funding Choices) may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
